We were asked to make a huge birthday cake for a party... We thought it would be pretty yummy to use chocolate buttermilk cake for a strawberry shortcake with mascarpone whipped cream.. and finish it with chocolate ganache and some chocolate shavings for decoration.
It looks as good as it tastes!
